We want you to be happy with what Music City Loft provides. We ask our guests to bring their own bath products AND we ask for you to start the dish washer and take out your trash before check out. If you’re not cool with this, please do not proceed with your reservation. We are SO EXCITED to deliver an AWESOME Nashville experience in your PERFECTLY located Music City LOFT! 1&2 bedroom lofts terms
1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 P.M. CT AND CHECK OUT IS 10 A.M. CT. (we offer an early check in of 1 pm and a late check out of 12 pm for a fee of $75 per time adjustment based on availability. Any time adjustments MUST be made at least 1 week prior to arrival date.) We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out. To request an early check in and/or a late check out time please email us directly to check availability. If you booked with us directly we can charge the credit card on file used to make the reservation.
2. LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Music City Luggage Locker to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our 4th Avenue building. Tour Nashville baggage free before check in. Check out, drop luggage, and maximize your hours about town before your flight. 3. This is a NON SMOKING home.
4. This is a NO PETS home.
5. CONSIDERATION OF OTHER RESIDENTS AND GUESTS – The lofts are privately owned and the common area of the building is shared with other owners, tenants and their guests. Please be courteous and mindful of your neighbors. Please refrain from excessive noise within the home and in common areas and hallways after 10:00 p.m. Common areas, including the lobby, are monitored by security cameras. Drunk or disorderly conduct in the common area, running in hallways, screaming, vandalism, littering, damages and in general being disrespectful to other occupants and the property is not permitted. Should you be disturbed by excessive noise after 10:00 p.m., please call Music City Loft via phonenumber provided in the check in instructions so we can handle the matter through the proper channels. While occurrences are rare, we want all of our guests to have an enjoyable stay. By signing this document you acknowledge being notified of condominium rules.
6. CANCELLATIONS – MCL WEBSITE: A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellations in order to receive a full refund of rent paid. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive 50% refund and will forfeit 50% of the rent to be withheld as a cancellation fee. Changes to a reservation after check-in that result in a shortened stay and early check out, forfeit rights, or changes during the course of the original that result in a shortened stay, does not warrant a refund. Any fees, taxes or charge-back expenses incurred will be with held. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY– Taylor, Willie, Waylon, Kenny and Center Stage lofts have a maximum number of guests of 2 people. Fancy loft has a maximum number of 4 guests. Nashville Rock, No Show Jones, Johnny, June, Writers Round, Dolly, Elvis, King George, Brooks and Dunn Lofts have a maximum number of guests of 6 people. Breaking maximum occupancy per loft may result in early termination of your reservation. No exceptions!
8. We do not rent on a single night basis. Reservations may require stays of two nights or longer based on availability and demand. Staying less than the minimum required nights does not warrant any refund of rent.
9. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – Linens & bath towels are provided but daily maid service is not included.
10. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
11. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to our policies must be approved in writing in advance.
12. BUILDING ENTRY – The door code to gain entry into the building at the set of double doors at the front of the building will be provided in the check-in instructions email.
13. PARKING – Parking is not included with the unit and is the responsibility of the renter. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees and are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner. Near by parking garages have a daily rate starting at $26 (standard parking rates) subject to higher rates for Special Events. We do recommend parking in the parking garage next door to our building at One Nashville Place parking garage.
14. STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – No refunds will be given for storms during your stay. Should a storm prohibit your ability to keep your reservation any type of refund is under the discretion of the owner after written notice from the guest with a detailed explanation of what occurred to prohibit your arrival.
15. At any time the owner needs to cancel this reservation due to unforeseen circumstances they may do so with no recourse. In this event, any monies paid including the deposit will be returned promptly.
16. This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The owners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that you and your guests, including others they invite, are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
17. If you are dissatisfied with the property upon check in, management may find you another one of our properties to move to, at their discretion. If management does not feel one of our own properties will resolve the issue, you will be invited to find your own alternate accommodations and check out from the property. Refunds and discounts will not be given for nights used.
18. CHECK OUT IS AT 10 AM CST. CHECK OUT PROCEDURES –
a. Dish washer loaded AND started with detergent provided prior to check out.
b. Save energy! Turn off all lights.
c. Double check you haven’t left any personal items behind! Check on the bed, under the bed, in the bathroom(s) and in the closet(s).
d. Any trash, opened/used food or drinks upon check out to be put into trash bags and taken to the trash room in the basement. Please be courteous to everyone in the building and dispose of your trash in the basement dumpsters.
19. ITEMS LEFT AFTER CHECK OUT – There is a $25 fee + cost of shipping for any items reported as being left behind and needing to be packaged and shipped back to guests.

c. Start a load of towels in the washer using detergent provided.
d. Save energy! Turn off all lights.
e. Please take any opened items and trash to the alley trash bins, leaving the stage pristine for our next guests. Unopened items can be part of the ongoing performance in the refrigerator, left for future audiences to enjoy. *To dispose of trash, access the alley to the left just past the Unit A door on the left hand side there is a grayish white locked door/gate.
19. ITEMS LEFT AFTER CHECK OUT – There is a $25 fee + cost of shipping for any items reported as being left behind and needing to be packaged and shipped back to guests.
