  • How far is the property from Broadway?

    Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are 1.5 blocks from Broadway. Bettye A & B are 3 blocks from Broadway.

  • Is parking included with my stay?

    No. Parking is not included with the reservation and is the responsibility of the renter. Nearby parking garages have a daily rate from $16 – 30 (standard parking rates) subject to higher rates for Special Events. If you are staying or interested in our 1 and 2 bedroom properties, there is a parking garage next door to our building at the One Nashville Place garage. If you are staying at Bettye A or Bettye B we recommend the downtown Nashville Library garage a couple of blocks away for the best rate.

  • Can I pay for parking and reserve a spot in advance?

    No, the parking garages do not reserve spots. There are several nearby large parking garages so finding a parking spot will not be an issue.

  • What is our cancellation policy?

    A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellations in order to receive a full refund of rent paid. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund and will forfeit 50% of the rent to be withheld as a cancellation fee. Changes to a reservation after check-in that result in a shortened stay and early check out, forfeit rights, or changes during the course of the original that result in a shortened stay, does not warrant a refund. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. CMA FEST: We require a full 6 months notice in order to receive a full refund.   • What type of coffee maker does the property have?

    Standard drip coffee maker (not a K-Cup machine).

  • Does the property have a hair dryer?

    Yes, hair dryers are provided.

  • Are pillows and linens provided for the sleeper sofa?


  • Can I drop off luggage prior to check in?

    We do not have a front desk, office or storage area for storing luggage prior to check in. We do offer an early check in of 1 pm CST for a $75/$100 fee (depending on the property) based on availability. This must be scheduled at least 1 week prior to arrival.

  • Do you allow pets on the property?


  • Can we book for 1 day?

    We can not allow a 1 day booking in order to stay within code of our building.

  • Do you have an age restriction?

    Yes, a minimum age of 25 is required. We do not make exceptions and are strict on the age requirement.

  • Can we bring an air mattress for an extra guest to join us?

    No. Air mattresses are not provided or permitted in our properties.

  • Can we pay a fee to allow an extra guest to stay in the property that is over your max number of allowable guests?

    No. We are strict on the reflected max allowable number of guests for the property. You can book multiple lofts to accommodate your party. Bettye A and B, for example, can be booked together to accommodate up to 20 people.

  • Do you offer to stock the refrigerator with food or drinks, get flowers, decorate the property for a fee?

    Not at this time. Savi Urban Market and Metropolitan Wine and Spirits are within walking distance of the property for anything you need to pick up upon arrival to have during their stay.

  • Is there a place to park where we can unload before parking?

    Yes, there are a few spots in front of the building. If those spots are full, park behind or in front of those parking spots with car flashers on to unload then move the vehicle to a parking garage.

  • Can we have something shipped to the property?

    No, our mailbox requires a key to access the box and keys are not provided to guests for use.

  • How far is the airport to the property?

    The airport is 7 miles from downtown Nashville.

  • Does the airport offer share ride?

    Yes, Uber and Lyft are available at the airport.
