The Writers' Round Loft is our nod to the many songwriters who come to this city and shape its culture.
Writers' Rounds occur throughout Music City nearly every night of the week. For the music fan who craves hearing the stories that inspired the songs, grab a Nashville Scene magazine and check out the current rounds. We are so proud of our culture in Music City and it simply wouldn’t exist without the songwriters!
The Writers' Round Loft Features:
The second bedroom features a natural skylight, queen bed and private bathroom with a shower. For any additional guests, the living room is furnished with a queen-sized, luxury sleeper sofa that sleeps two. Enjoy all the comforts of home with a full-sized kitchen and washer/dryer.
Feel pampered with beautiful touches like exposed brick, hard wood floors, steel beams, high ceilings, a skylight and exposed duct work for an authentic, Nashville vibe you won't soon forget.
Why cram into a hotel with your group when you can spread out and enjoy every comfort of home? Get ready for the vacation of a lifetime…and of course, don’t forget your guitar.
We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property.
Standard check in time is 3 pm CST and check out is before 10 am CST. We offer an early check in of 1 pm CST and a late check out of 12 pm CST for a $100 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out.
LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Luggage Drop to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our Bettye building. (More perfect locations are coming soon!) Tour Nashville ‘baggage free’ before check in. PARKING:
We do NOT offer parking with our reservations. OUR LOCATION IS SO GOOD YOU WON'T NEED A CAR! Hourly and nightly parking is available near the loft starting around $6/hour and $26 daily rate (midnight to midnight), subject to higher rates for Special Events. There is a PARKING GARAGE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED next door to our building. One Nashville Place is the name of the garage if you wish to reach out to them directly for rates or more information.
PAYMENTS:
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We do not take deposits nor hold properties.
Minimum age of 25 years old
No pets
No smoking
No parties or events
No taping decorations to our walls or furniture and NO glitter or confetti allowed in the property.
3 night minimum requirement on Thursday - Sunday dates unless otherwise noted.
