The Kenny Loft Features:
With a spaciously open floor plan, this one-bedroom, studio loft is equipped with two twin beds, making it perfect guests who like sharing a room but desire separate beds. The private bath allows you privacy when you need it.
This loft is fully stocked with all of the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, living room and washer/dryer. Smaller than our other lofts but still boasting exposed brick and soaring ceilings, you will find the coziness comfortable and quiet while still having space to relax.
With a personal touch of original art work by Anthony Billups (inspired by Old Blue Chair and Back Where I Come From) this Music City Loft features hardwood floors, historic beams and exposed duct work to give you a luxury-feeling without spending luxury-money.
However many nights you stay here, you’ll feel like you found a historic nook with a modern-chic, cool-cat Kenny vibe. We really should warn you, though…you’re not going to want to leave.
We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property.
Standard check in time is 3 pm CST and check out is before 10 am CST. We offer an early check in of 1 pm CST and a late check out of 12 pm CST for a $100 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out.
LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Luggage Drop to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our Bettye building. (More perfect locations are coming soon!) Tour Nashville ‘baggage free’ before check in. We do NOT offer parking with our reservations. OUR LOCATION IS SO GOOD YOU WON'T NEED A CAR! There is a PARKING GARAGE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED next door to our building. One Nashville Place is the name of the garage if you wish to reach out to them directly for rates or more information.

Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We do not take deposits nor hold properties.
