Welcome to the loft that started it all for us! Music City Loft founder, Danielle Dubetz, had the dream of creating lofts throughout Nashville to serve as a beautiful, home-away-from-home alternative to hotel vacationing.
The Fancy's Features:
This loft includes a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep two more of your friends or family. Not to brag, but you have the right to know that Fancy has the most 5-star reviews of any comparable property and whether couple or small group, there is plenty of space for everyone to have a great time!
Featuring beautiful touches like exposed brick, hard wood floors, steel beams, high ceilings and exposed duct work, when you stay here, you’re bound to feel absolutely, without-a-doubt, fancy!
The spacious bathroom includes a double vanity and doors between the sink/shower area, which make it a breeze for several people to get ready at once, while double access from the master and common area ensures privacy for the master bedroom.
We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property.
Standard check in time is 3 pm CST and check out is before 10 am CST. We offer an early check in of 1 pm CST and a late check out of 12 pm CST for a $100 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out.
LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Luggage Drop to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our Bettye building. (More perfect locations are coming soon!) Tour Nashville ‘baggage free’ before check in. PARKING:
We do NOT offer parking with our reservations. OUR LOCATION IS SO GOOD YOU WON'T NEED A CAR! Hourly and nightly parking is available near the loft starting around $6/hour and $26 daily rate (midnight to midnight), subject to higher rates for Special Events. There is a PARKING GARAGE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED next door to our building. One Nashville Place is the name of the garage if you wish to reach out to them directly for rates or more information.
PAYMENTS:
Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We do not take deposits nor hold properties.
Minimum age of 25 years old
No pets
No smoking
No parties or events
No taping decorations to our walls or furniture and NO glitter or confetti allowed in the property.
3 night minimum requirement on Thursday - Sunday dates unless otherwise noted.
